WordPress Syntax Highlighter Plus Bugs Me Up

Everytime I post a blog, with some codes like PHP or CSS, WordPress Syntax Highlighter Plus plugin makes it difficult for the blog to edit. When I want to edit a post with sourcecodes, it displays the original code as HMTL entities full of & symbols.

For example, I post a code, but I misspelled the closing tag, of course I want to edit it, but OMG! How can I edit it? Good thing I have an access direct to the database, so using phpMyAdmin, I edited the post. Sometimes, I even rewrite the whole code just to update my post.

I hope this one would be fixed by the author, or if somebody knows the fix, please drop me a message.
